Privacy Policy

This policy describes what the Store collects when you browse, create an account, send an offer or buy, and what we do with it. We sell only within the United States and do not target visitors elsewhere.
What we collect

How we use it
To show you the store, run your account, process offers and orders, ship or hand over items, send transactional email (order confirmations, offer replies, pickup reminders), prevent fraud, and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Processors
We share data with service providers only as needed to run the Store:
- Stripe for payments, card-on-file storage, sales tax and refunds.
- EasyPost for shipping rates, labels and address verification.
- Google for analytics and advertising measurement, subject to your consent choices.
- Anthropic for AI features: item photographs and label text when we prepare listings, and offer notes (with names, emails and phone numbers removed) when the offer assistant drafts a reply. Anthropic does not retain this data to train models.
- Sentry for error reports, which exclude personal data.
- Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage and email delivery.
Cookies
Essential cookies: the session cookie (keeps you signed in), csrf (protects forms),
ez_click (records which ad brought you here so a purchase can be attributed) and
ez_consent (remembers your cookie choice). Analytics and advertising cookies are set only
where permitted; visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland see a banner and nothing
non-essential is set until they accept.
Retention
Order, payment and tax records are kept for 7 years. Offer transcripts are kept for 2 years. Server logs are kept for 90 days. Accounts that are deleted are anonymised: personal fields are cleared while the order records required by law remain.
Your choices
You can update your details from your account page. To request deletion of your account or a copy of your data, email the address in the footer from the email on the account. We respond within 30 days.
